I registered my daughter for the Kids workshop to build binoculars. I received an email stating that the event was cancelled so I called the store and a guy told me that I could stop in and receive the kit at no charge because it was cancelled. When I stopped in the store and went to the customer service counter and inquired a guy told me that they were out of them. I asked why they don’t have enough for the kids that registered and he said that it was a first come first serve basis. So, I asked then what the point in registering is and he said so they could have enough people. He was very rude about it. Needless to say that my daughter was very disappointed. Just thought that you would like to know to maybe put a disclaimer that even if you register that might not have the class or if it isn’t, you still might not get a kit to do it.
