Can’t Print? Have You Checked Out the Coupons.com App for Paperless Coupons?

Over the past week or so, I’ve gotten an on-slide of comments and emails from folks who can’t print coupons and want me to mail them to them.  Sorry, guys!  I’m a one-woman show and I definitely can’t afford that!  Paper, ink, and postage would sink me fast!  Plus, there are limitations on how many coupons you can print and I use coupons myself! As much as I would love for everyone to save with coupons, me mailing out coupons is not the answer.

In responding to everyone, it dawned on me that folks may not be aware that there are paperless coupons on the Coupons.com App!  For the stores that have cards or digital accounts (like Kroger, Dollar General, etc) you can load them right to your account!  And for stores like Walmart and Target, you simply upload an image of your receipt and get the coupon value via Paypal. So this is a real viable option for those of you that can’t print but love those Coupons.com coupons!  I encourage you to check into that!

If you don’t have a smartphone or tablet for the App and don’t have a printer to print coupons, then you may have to think outside the box.

See if you can print them at your local library.  Please note, some may charge for printing.  My library charges 10¢ per page printed, but 3 coupons fit on one page, so you might find that worth your while as the coupon values far outweigh that.  A friend of mine has a library that doesn’t not charge.  So it’s worth looking into!  It truly never hurts to ask.

You might also talk to your friends and see if anyone would be willing to print for you!  Coupon buddies are the best because we all talk the language of savings!

And lastly, you might consider picking up a printer!  Look for ones that are on clearance…or wait until back-to-school time when they go super cheap!  If I see any nice deals, I’ll be sure to share them.  And remember you can print coupons from the App too if it’s a wireless printer.

So I’d love to hear from you!  How do you get your hands on coupons?  Or have you phased out coupons and gone to Apps like Ibotta, Checkout51, Fetch, and others to save money?  How do you curb costs when printing coupons?  Please share!  You might have advice for fellow readers that I haven’t even thought of!

  1. There is a food pantry by my house (Harbor Interfaith in San Pedro Ca.) that lets u use the computer and print as long as u bring your own paper and then there is the Los Angeles Department of Mental Health which lets you print for free as much as you want and they provide the paper.
