Family Dollar Coupon Policy allows you to use one Family Dollar Coupon and one Manufacturer coupon. It also notes that coupons can be redeemed if the value of the coupon is greater than the price of the item, but the value of the coupon will be discounted to match the price of the item.
My family dollar would NOT adjust the $1 coupon down to $.98 even though I told her that it stated that was allowed in their coupon policy. Oh well, $.98 is still a pretty good price 🙂
Well, that’s frustrating, huh? 🙁 Especially since it’s written in their policy! My Family Dollar gave me no issues…but they did have to adjust the $1 coupon down.
It is frustrating! I hate when cashiers are rude and argumentative. It just isn’t worth the energy to fight with them sometimes 😉 And hey, like I said, 98 cents for detergent isn’t a bad price! I need to find a new Family Dollar because it is always the same lady working there when I have issues with coupons! And she acts like I’m SUCH an inconvenience to her…. 🙁
