I gave this panel a go and was able to cash out!  (You need a minimum of $15 to cash out the first time, but it drops down to $5 the more active you are in the panel!)  PayPal isn’t the only option (just my preferred)…they also have Amazon, Walmart, ebay, CVS/pharmacy, and Target!
