P&G Summer 2020 Rebate Offer
Stock up on all your favorite P&G Products and save with this rebate!  Buy $50 of select P&G products before August 31st, 2020 and receive a $15 prepaid card -OR- purchase $20 and receive a $5 prepaid card!  Qualifying brands include Head & Shoulders, Gillette, Venus, Old Spice, Secret, Olay, Always Discreet, Always, Tampax, Oral-B, Tide, Downy, Gain, Bounce and Crest.  Simply fill out the form, type in the UPCs, and include a picture of your receipt to claim this rebate! Please note, your $20/$50 total must be after coupons/discounts are applied. See link for complete details.

And I want to reiterate that it’s important to read the rebate details closely!  I’ve seen the comments on previous offers about people being declined for these rebates and in most cases it’s due to the coupons.  MAKE SURE your total requirement ($20 or $50) is AFTER all discounts and coupons. Taxes won’t count toward your total either!

Good evening. I submitted for the summer rebate and I’m sure I should have received $15 instead of $5. Will you please revisit my purchases. I deducted all points, coupons, and register rewards used for each purchase and even included $60 worth of purchases instead of $50 to account for any discrepancies.

    • Hi, Precilla! FamilySavings is not affiliate with P&G. You’ll need to contact them about that. They have a phone number noted in the offer: 1-855-845-9790 I would call that and ask them.

      • You can call 1-855-811-7022 and e-mail the receipts to [email protected], but I would call before you e-mail the receipts. I was very frustrated with the lack of clarity on how to submit all your receipts in one submission, otherwise their system considers each individual submission as a separate rebate transaction. Nowhere on their site do they inform customers that you have to submit all your receipts at once to be considered for the $5 or $15 rebate. I strongly complained to them about the lack of transparency and why they don’t permit customers to submit receipts on a rolling basis. How can they expect their customers to hold on to 3 months of receipts and then realize the UPC codes are needed for the submission?

When my receipts were rejected and I was informed why they were rejected, I was instructed to submit all my receipts again in one submission, but I forgot that I needed the UPC codes for all my products. The supervisor provided the UPC codes and I also found some of them on my own, by searching for the products at home and online. I bought some products at Walgreens and didn’t realize the Walgreens receipt reflects the UPC codes.

So now, I am waiting for the status of my rebate, but I did get $15 after complaining to P & G via a Facebook private message. The time I spent on gathering all the receipts, obtaining the UPC codes, typing a complaint to them on Facebook, resubmitting my receipts again and dealing with P& G to agree to reaccess my previously submitted receipts so I would not have to resubmit them again is worth more than the $15 I received. I would not do this again unless they vastly improve the submission process and eliminate the need for UPC codes. Most receipts are pretty clear on the description of their products.

  2. Margaret Littlejohn says

I can not summit all the receipts on line or not sure how to do this would you please send me a address or phone number so I can summit the receipts please let me know how to do this

  3. Frances Cecere says

I successfully entered one receipt for the rebate, but could not submit a second receipt to get to the $20 spent. I hit submit because that seemed to be the only option. What do I have to do to submit the next receipt submitted?

Thank you so much for the information as I’m one to procrastinate on things I dread to do and you can see why I’m sure. I’m thinking where are the directions or some helpful how to’s? This is ridiculous. I’m no dummy by no means. But how do you add multiple pictures for the one products as they want so much for the one product. My receipt is too long to get it in one take. Would it be easier if I just mail all this in instead?

  4. I submitted all the receipts for the $15 rebate and only received $5. I accounted for all coupons and discounts and still exceeded the $50.

    • Kathleen Wavra says

I did the same. Called today and when the rep I spoke with did my total, she got $49.78!! I was told that if the receipt says “MFG coupon” and doesn’t specify the item, it is counted against your total even if they don’t know what item the coupon was for. I was told “it could be for one of the P&G items” but it might not be too! UGH!

  5. PHYLLIS CLARK says

Very poor setup. My Tide products have a 8 digit mfgr UPC and so this rebate promo won’t accept my submissions. Also, I bought some products at Publix and some at Target- can’t submit more than one receipt.

  6. MELISSA BERGQUIST says

Very frustrating – I also should have received $15 and instead got $5. Not doing this again.

  7. Bruce Fitzpatrick says

Excellent promo. Received my $15.00 card in 2 weeks after submitting online.

  8. Ann Marie Giaimo says

Hello, I bought the p and g products that will get me the 15 dollar rebate. However, I orginally got tokd at bjs that i would show up on my membership. So when I told them it did not another employee told me to go to website fill out form and mail it in. However, I have receipt but do not have products left so it means I xan not give upc codes. What should I do?

  9. I’m debating whether to waste time on this? So sorry to read the replies of All the work y’all did and it ending up horribly.

  10. LANA PENROSE says

I’m one of those that waits till the last minute to do what I dread. So, here I am rushing and wondering where are the guidelines on how to add multiple pictures because my receipt is too long for one photo? Especially since they want the product in the photo also. They could have made this much easier for all the slow learner’s out there like me. Please anyone who knows this, would you be kind enough to help me? It would be greatly appreciated!

  11. Shirley in Virginia says

This is an impossible task to submit the required receipts, send receipt pics, etc., etc. Not worth the time and frustration to get $15.00 or in most cases $5.00. Scam! Forget it!!

  12. Debra Miller says

I also submitted receipts for over $50 in purchases. I made sure that I deducted all coupons and special offers. I submitted the receipts before the deadline of 9/14/2020. I could not find a way to submit more than 1 receipt per submission, so I had 5 submissions. I received an email today saying that all of my submissions are rejected. Also, since it is past 9/14/2020, I can no longer submit on the web site. Please tell me how to correct this. I would very much like the $15 rebate considering how much time I spent submitting information.

  13. I also submitted the receipts for $58 in purchase from Sam’s club & I should have received the card for $15 but instead I received only for $5 which is not right I would have not gone through so much for just $5. So would you pls double check my purchase send the right amount pls it was bought from Sam’s club

  14. I just got off the phone with P&G costumer service and the lady was very nice. She actually did the math and she said the reason I didn’t qualify is because I used extrabucks towards my subtotals and that they count as coupons for this rebate… Stinks because I did most of my shopping at cvs.
I guess I know now for next time!

  15. Zaharela Barrios says

This was a complete joke. Don’t waste your time or money because even if you follow all of their stupid requirements they will not send you the gift card. Or it will be the wrong amount. On top of all that time wasted they will ever return your emails /calls to reposed to your questions.

  16. Elizabeth J Kalavsky says

Am going through everything above – tried to email and email was rejected and phone call gives
email you cannot understand. In July I did have contact with customer service via email on using
rebate form considering dates of program differed. Am not giving up will try sending copy again
as I know I deducted any coupons I used and total was over $50.
It is a lot of work just keeping track of everything has to be a better way – maybe Procter &Gamble
will realize but then maybe not. Thanks for posting above feel better others in same boat

  17. Gayle Kiser says

This is a total scam!! No way to contact the. Because the rebate center is closed for phone calls and the e-mail address is bogus. Never fall for this again!!

  18. I do not have a phone that I can take pictures of and send to you! Send a picture of receipts. How do I get the form for the $15 rebate? Limited to time on computer at the library because of the virus! Pleas help!

  19. One of the most lousy and not trustworthy company. They want us to spend the money but while giving rebates or giftcard they make people running around for lousy 5,10 or 25 dollars. We are not beggers but claim the money you offered.Nobody picks up the phone you provided-1 855 811 7022.
i request everybody not to buy p&g products.

  21. This place is a joke. I sent in my receipt for $15 rebate. Waiting for eight weeks, never receive my rebate. I finally found the number to call them. I talked to someone there and she told to me to resend my receipt again because it cut off store name where I purchased from . Waiting for three weeks, nothing. I called back , they told me, my rebate disqualified. NO ONE contact us, I don’t know why they asked for our email and don’t email us back. They have ours email addresses. They want us to spend money but they does not want to give rebate like they promise. They ripping people off . THEY SHOULD BE A SHAME OF THEMSELF

  22. Victoria Murray says

I participated in the “PGEveryday Summer Rebate2020”, I received $5.00 card. I mailed the correct amount of dollar value for products that I purchased receipts for shaving cream & other P&G products. I am looking for the additional $10.00 card

  23. Can I reach out to “PG Everyday Summer Rebate2020” by phone regarding my rebate? I should have received a $15.00 gift card instead I received $5.00. Does anyone have a phone number that we can reach out to the promotion? I have tried calling 1-855-811-7022, & 1-855-845-9790. No one answered either number Thank you for your time in this matter

  24. Not being very good on the computer tried to submit anyway. They rejected my receipt tried to redo with a better picture but won’t go through because I already applied. People at phone number were nice but useless. I will not waist my time again.
