Just wanted to add an update as I know everyone has struggled with this one – it seems to be working a little better right now. Took me about 15 minutes to get through just now. So it still requires patience, but maybe you’ll have better luck now than yesterday.

Yes, you are not alone with that! I’m in the same boat. I tried all day yesterday and today with no luck. It seems that only a handful of people have been able to get it. Their Facebook page is filling up with complaints. I believe that they have an issue on their end and as soon as I note that it is working properly, I will bump the post back up to the top so that hopefully no one will miss out!
