Stay on top of your health with a FREE Health Screenings from Sam’s Club! It’s happening on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.! (If you can’t make this one, it will be happening again on the second Saturdays in April, July, and October.) Screenings are only available at clubs with a Pharmacy. The Club Pharmacy and its services are available to members AND non-members.
Here are some of the screenings you can expect:
- Blood pressure
- Body fat percentage
- Blood glucose
- Total cholesterol
- HDL—good cholesterol
- Risk ratio
- Vision & hearing screening/testing (may vary by location)
